Refund Policy

The short version
If the report was not worth the $9.99, email us and we will refund it. No questions asked, no form to fill in. Reply to your receipt or write to the address at the bottom of this page.
How long it takes
We process refunds through Stripe as soon as we see the request. Your bank usually takes a few more days to show it.
If your report never arrived
That is our problem, not yours. Generation retries automatically, so it is worth checking your link again first. If it is still not there, contact us and we will either generate it or refund you the same day.
EU and UK right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not survive delivery of digital content that you asked to receive immediately, which is why we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want the report right away and that you understand you are waiving the 14-day withdrawal right by doing so.
This does not change the policy above. We refund on request regardless of where you live, and your other statutory rights are unaffected.
Chargebacks
Please just ask us first. A refund takes one email and is faster for you than a dispute.
